Overview
Benefit Sochi Center presents a single premium residential development in central Sochi — a 6-storey, 50-unit building positioned around exclusivity and a closed-club style of living. The site needed to convey that positioning visually while giving a prospective buyer clear facts: unit count, building size, smart-home features, and proximity to the sea and the city center.
Challenge
A single 50-unit building has to feel exclusive rather than generic — the site needs to sell an experience and a location, not just list specs, while still answering a buyer's practical questions before they pick up the phone.
Solution
The homepage moves from cinematic photography and location statistics (distance to the beach, the park, the station) through a stats block (floor count, unit count, total area, smart-home system), a tabbed media gallery (atmosphere, finishes, interiors), an interactive floor selector, a custom illustrated area map, and a booking form — carrying a visitor from atmosphere to a specific request to view a unit.
