Overview
Balance Towers presents a pair of high-rise residential towers in Samara's business district — apartments positioned around views, security, and a landscaped private courtyard over underground parking. The site needed to carry that scale and design ambition visually while still helping a buyer choose a specific tower and floor.
Challenge
Two 40-plus-storey towers with dozens of layout types are hard to present without either overwhelming a visitor with options or flattening the project into generic renders.
Solution
The site opens with cinematic video and a full-screen tower render, then an annotated aerial map pinning nearby infrastructure — a metro station, a shopping center, a park — a gallery of distinct apartment formats, and an interactive tower and floor selector with each tower named individually, closing with sections on the secured private courtyard and underground parking.
